Your plan renews by itself, but what it covers can change every year

Your plan renews on Jan 1. But premiums, copays, drug lists and doctor networks can change every year. The Annual Notice of Change your plan mailed in late September lists next year's changes, but many people renew without reading it.

Yes. Please be on the call yourself, or have your authorized representative sign the Scope of Appointment form.

What if I miss Dec 7?

If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, you can make one change Jan 1 – Mar 31. Some life changes may also qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period.
